The Referral Process

We assess every referral made separately and aim to provide a final decision on all referrals within 7 days. We understand that sometimes you may require emergency support and we are able to provide a decision within 24 hours in emergency situations. A breakdown of our Referral process can be found below

Non-Emergency Referral

Rapid Assessment to be completed virtually or in person where possible within 48 hours of referral. We offer accelerated assessments within 24 hours if required
